![]() ![]() **sidenote** If your goal is end-game PvP (arena) you might look at some other classes as well, neither pala nor hunter is ideal for arena, not to say they can't arena by any means, but they will require a ton of work to do well. If you want a character that will be able to solo easily, farm easily, and generally be fine when on your own, but may have to work a little harder for finding groups, may be subject to random idiotic ridicule(counts for retri pala as well) and can only fulfil one group role(considering CC as a part of dps) then hunter.īest bet, play whichever of the 2 feels fun, they'll both hit 70-80 when that time comes, when it does if you have both you can feel free to be prot/holy on the pally and have the hunter to farm everything! If you want a character that will be able to tank/heal and likely to get in groups easier* but may have a hard time solo-ing (if not retri) paladin ![]() I would suggest tanking or healing, (try both before dismissing one or the other though you may surprise yourself) Gearing a pally isnt much fun and they can be very group oriented pvE-wise. Then 70 came and a fresh 70 pally can be pretty rough. Paladin, leveling didnt seem slow to me-because I enjoyed it. target, send pet, shoot, NEXT! rinse gets old, usually mid-range 40-60 or so. Hunters, are cool, but that fast leveling can get very very boring. Murloc Paladin on the other hand is my candidate for top Tier 1 in HSReplay.Since you already have both of them started, just carry on as you are I say. It is just recklessly aggressive, and if decks like Control Warrior, Spell Hunter and Spiteful Priest are stronger after-nerfs, then Odd Paladin might be in hell. ![]() Odd Paladin will be stronger of course, but I don't think the deck is good at all. I don't know how they are supposed to deal with Odd Paladin though. Odd Rogue will be stronger after Control Warlock and Even Paladin is nerfed. Spiteful Summoner is still a strong card, and the 6-mana slot can be filled with different options ( Cairne Bloodhoof being the most prominent one) If Murloc Paladin becomes top dog (which is very likely), then Spiteful Priest (stronger against aggro thanks to Duskbreaker) might make a comeback. Spiteful Druid will emerge with a slightly different look, but it is far from dead. Other tools like Righteous Cause, Muster for Battle, Warhorse Trainer, and Crystology you keep one of, whenever possible. Corridor Creeper is fantastic, always keep one, sometimes two if you already have a turn-one play. Hearthstone Deck Guide: Odd Paladin Hearthstone Deck Guide: Secret Mage. You always keep Tour Guide, two if you get the chance to. Warlock nerfs (I think Possessed Lackey might not even see play after its nerf) can help Spell Hunter improve its wr. so make sure you bookmark it, or add it to your RSS feed, or come back to. Spell Hunter is good against aggro decks normally, but was beaten by warlocks (slower ones). I think it will improve (can be Tier 2) This can affect Aggro Mage negatively. ![]() Inner Fire Priest seems to be a bit weaker after Control Warlock sees less play though.Ĭontrol Warrior on the other hand, wasn't favoured against both decks aforementioned. Control Mage on the other hand, is losing one of its best matchup (Control Warlock).Ĭontrol Priest is very likely to lose its two good matchups (Control Warlock and Even Paladin) I don't know how they will be affected, but its probably not going to be great. Even Paladin is a bad matchup for them, and its getting a big hit. ![]()
